The popular promotion, which begins January 20th and continues through February 8th, makes $20 tickets available for 41 Off Broadway plays and musicals twenty minutes prior to curtain. NYC & Company, New York City's official marketing, tourism and partnership organization, today launched the third annual On the House Off-Broadway promotion, in partnership with the Off-Broadway League and media partner Time Out New York.

The facility features two fully equipped theatres and a spacious lobby that is home to gourment sandwich shop Crosby Connection and Follin Gallery (fine art). 45Bleecker is open daily from 10am until late and offers free WiFi in the lobby to all patrons.
