Ron Underwood made his film debut with the science fiction comedy TREMORS, starring Kevin Bacon. The following year he directed the multi-award-winning comedy CITY SLICKERS starring Billy Crystal, followed by HEART AND SOULS with Robert Downey, Jr. He directed Charlize Theron in the remake of MIGHTY JOE YOUNG. Ron has directed several movies for television, including STEALING SINATRA, the Hallmark Hall of Fame, BACK WHEN WE WERE GROWNUPS and HOLIDAY IN HANDCUFFS. He has also directed episodes of many television series, including CASTLE, BURN NOTICE, GREY’S ANATOMY, SCANDAL, and ONCE UPON A TIME.
