An all-star cast has been assembled for a virtual reading of “A Country Christmas Carol,” a brand new twist on the Dickens classic with Emmy winning actor Jacob Young playing “Ben,” a spoiled country music  superstar, who’s life is forever changed by the Ghosts of Christmas’ Past,  Present, and Future.

Emmy-Award winning actor Jacob Young launches a new talk show on his You Tube Channel this Monday October 1 live at 10:00 PM (Eastern Time), 7:00 PM (Pacific). 'Daytime After Dark,' hosted by Young will feature segments on the pop culture topics of the week with live feedback and questions from fans. Jacob will be in his studio in Utah with remote interviews featuring guests from the world of TV, film, and Broadway. The show will air weekly live on Monday nights, but episodes can always be seen on the Jacob Young TV You Tube Channel at www.YouTube.com/JacobYoungTV and on Roku.

Country music and soap opera fans joined Club members last night for an intimate acoustic evening of original country songs at the iconic Friars Club. 

Two of daytime television's most popular actors will be performing their original country music in an intimate acoustic performance at Feinstein's 54Below on Tuesday April 17 at 9:30 PM.

There have only been 9 Abbots in the history of the Friars Club starting with George M. Cohan who held the position from 1907-1932. Then came: George Jessel, Milton Berle, Mike Todd, Joe E. Lewis, Ed Sullivan, Frank Sinatra, Alan King, and the current Abbot Jerry Lewis. The actor, singer, director, philanthropist and comic legend who passed away this year was saluted and given a heartfelt curtain call by The Friars last night. Following his successful Las Vegas debut in March, Jacob Young will be in concert at Michael Gaughan's South Point Hotel Casino and Spa in the Main Showroom on Wednesday September 20 at 6:00 PM with a meet and greet following the show. Jacob will be joined on stage this time by Las Vegas singer Vanessa LeGrand. They will be performing recognizable country and rock favorites along with some of Jacob Young's original country music that he recently recorded in Nashville. Jacob and Vanessa are being compared to iconic Las Vegas duos like Donny and Marie Osmond, but in reverse.

On February 15 at the historic Saban Theatre in Beverly Hills for one night only renowned Musical Theatre of Los Angeles will present a benefit Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat: In Concert! Starring as Joseph will be Broadway's David Burnham, who appeared in the national tour as Joseph, and special guest TV and film star Lorenzo Lamas will make a rare stage appearance as Pharoah. They will be backed by a full-size Broadway orchestra and a 60 member youth choir. Joseph will be directed by Mark Rozzano with musical direction by Greg Haake, choreography and musical staging by Jim Borstelmann and Colette Brandenburg. James Lent serves as assistant musical director and Jonas Sills as youth vocal director and associate producer.
