Lance Cruce is a Pianist/Singer, Composer/Lyricist, Actor, and Dancer. Since, 2002, he has serverd as the Pianist for" Joan Rivers Live!" currently playing at " The Laurie Beechman Theatre". His theatre credits include "Corn", the musical with the Ridiculous Theater Company, "One Must Do What One Do", "Ravaged by Romance", "Up,Up, and More Up!", "The Jack of Tarts, a Bitter-Sweet Musical", all at La MaMa, E.T.C., " Ranch Hands Are People Too",at the Hot! Festival, Dixon Place. " Martha and George" starring Karen Finley at P.S. 122, and since 2003 Lance performed and toured the U.S with Ms. Finley in " Make Love".

From a founder of the long running improvisational comedy group 'Shock of The Funny' to musical theatre, opera and performing in a Klezmer band, singer-songwriter, actress, playwright and opera aficionado Deborah Karpel, stages her autobiographical one woman show 'The Midwood Miracle' at the Bruno Walter Auditorium on February 12th and The Puffin Foundation on April 18th.

Obie Award-winning playwright/performer David Drake, who most recently headlined an all-star ensemble benefit of his landmark show The Night Larry Kramer Kissed Me for Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS last spring, returns to the New York stage with TAWNY, TELL ME TRUE. Written by and starring Drake, this drag tragicomedy with music will be directed by Robert La Fosse (Tony Award nominee for Jerome Robbins' Broadway) featuring musical direction by Lance Cruce (Joan River's longtime pianist, Karen Finley's Make Love), original music by Trevor Kuprel, and video by Ned Stresen Reuter. Performances begin October 19th at The Laurie Beechman Theatre.
