42ND STREET Complete Recording Will Be Released on April 8


Jay commenced the first complete recording of the original version of the musical with the original orchestrations by Philip J. Lang at Abbey Road Studios, London on October 5 1996 and completed it at Clinton Recording Studios, New York on October 19 1996. This will be the first time it is released to the public.

Music Box Theatre to Screen MACBETH Starring Kenneth Branagh, 10/26


Chicagoans can have the full Shakespeare experience this fall with three unique opportunities to attend viewings of Othello, Macbeth and Hamlet at the Music Box Theatre. The epic production of National Theatre's "War Horse," based on the novel by English author, poet, playwright and librettist and 2003-05 Children's Laureate Michael Morpurgo, is the latest addition to a series of hit London plays that will be broadcast this season at Northwestern University.
