The Petersons are a five piece contemporary music ensemble comprised of five accomplished actors, writers, and comedians who play original rock tunes and present a continuing serial comedy about a misfit band from upstate New York who still want to make it big. Having performed more than 40 of these episodes around New York City at Joe's Pub, Caroline's on Broadway, The Bottom Line and many other venues, the band returns to the scene with their first performance in several years. But don't call it a comeback!

The Zipper Factory was turned into NYMF Prep's Cafetorium Friday, May 18, as the New York Musical Theatre Festival hosted the second concert in its Spring Concert Series, 'Broadway Battle of the Bands.'

The New York Musical Theatre Festival's first-ever 'Broadway Battle of the Bands' competition will be presented on Friday, May 18 at 10:00pm when four rock 'n roll bands - whose roots are onstage and in the orchestra pits of several Broadway musicals - come together for a one-night-only concert at The Zipper Factory, 336 West 37th Street in Manhattan.

Anthony Rapp will host Edge Theater Company's third annual Bingo Night at SHOW (135 West 41st St. between 6th Avenue and Broadway) on Monday, March 7th. Rosario Dawson, Chris Noth, Dallas Roberts, Marylouise Burke, and others will appear to call games of bingo. Steve Salad (the King of France), Peter Salett, The Petersons, Lucas Pappaelias, and Less will perform.
