Joe is known as the original bassist for the progressive rock band Crack The Sky. Joe was a member of Crack The Sky from 1975–1980 and 2004-2009. Joe has also worked with The B. E. Taylor Group, Wild Cherry, King Friday, Jim Croce, David Sanborn, The Brecker Brothers, Marie Osmond, Keith Green, Clint Brown, and others.

Blue Curtain regretfully announced that Eddie Palmieri’s appearance on Saturday, July 16 has been cancelled due to a family emergency.  

Blue Curtain, a beloved Princeton summer tradition, returns to the Pettoranello Gardens Amphitheater (Route 206 and Mountain Ave) with two FREE concert in July:  The Eddie Palmieri Salsa Orchestra on July 16 and the Ali Ryerson/Peter Levin Quintet on July 30.  Both concerts begin at 7:30 PM.

The 49th season final is is set for May 12. It features Peter and Will Anderson on saxophones, flutes and clarinets; trombonist Wycliffe Gordon, pianist Ted Rosenthal, drummer Victor Lewis, trumpeter Brian Lynch and guitarist James Chirillo, playing together for the very first time.
