The third season finds Nikki, played by BAFTA Award nominee Esther Smith, and Jason, played by SAG Award nominee Rafe Spall, waking up as new parents to two children they are still getting to know. Now they just have to keep hold of them, which proves to be trickier than they initially thought.

Leading into National Parent’s Day, Apple TV+ has announced the third season of the critically acclaimed series “Trying.' In “The Home,” Jason and Nikki wake up as the new parents of two kids they’ve barely met. But will they be able to keep both? In the second episode, “The Circle,” Jason worries that Tyler will be bullied at school.

“Trying” is created, written and executive produced by Andy Wolton, directed and executive produced by Jim O’Hanlon (“Catastrophe,” “Marvel’s The Punisher”), produced by Sam Pinnell (“Motherland,” “Derry Girls”), co-produced by Tim Mannion and executive produced by Josh Cole. The series is produced by BBC Studios.

The series stars Rhianne Barreto (Hanna) as Rani, Gamba Cole (Guerrilla) as Christian, Stephen Merchant as Greg, Christopher Walken (Severance, The Deer Hunter) as Frank, Eleanor Tomlinson (The Nevers) as Lady Gabriela, Darren Boyd (Trying, Fortitude) as John, Clare Perkins (The Wheel of Time) as Myrna, and Jessica Gunning (Fortitude) as Diane.

The season two premiere entitled “A Nice Boy,” finds Nikki and Jason struggling to find the right child to adopt. In the second episode, “The Sun On Your Back,” Nikki helps Karen (Sian Brooke) choose a wedding dress and Penny (Imelda Staunton) sends Nikki and Jason to a fancy dress party that could change their lives.

Amazon Studios announced today that Flack, starring Academy Award-winner Anna Paquin (The Piano, True Blood, X-Men) will premiere all six episodes of season one on January 22, 2021 on Prime Video in the US and Canada. Season two will premiere at a later date in 2021. The new key art for season one is available now.

AMC+, AMC Networks' new premium subscription bundle, will premiere on Thursday, October 1 the much-anticipated debut of The Walking Dead Episode 1016.

As previously announced at ComicCon@Home, AMC's The Walking Dead will air its season 10 finale on Sunday, October 4 at 9pm ET/8c immediately followed by the series premiere of The Walking Dead: World Beyond at 10pm ET/9c. Fear The Walking Dead returns for its sixth season on Sunday, October 11 at 9pm ET/8c.

AMC announced today casting and the start of production for its upcoming, untitled episodic anthology series that wryly examines the nature of romantic love, written by Emmy® Award-winner Will Bridges (Stranger Things, Black Mirror) and Brett Goldstein (Superbob, Adult Life Skills). Currently shooting in Madrid, Spain, the series will star Sarah Snook (Succession, The Dressmaker, Steve Jobs), David Costabile (Breaking Bad, Billions) and Sonya Cassidy (Lodge 49, Humans, The Woman in White), among others.

BBC AMERICA released a new teaser trailer today for Killing Eve, the thriller starring Sandra Oh (Grey's Anatomy) and Jodie Comer (The White Princess), giving a peek into the warped relationship between Eve (Oh) and Villanelle (Comer). Killing Eve centers on two women; Eve is a bored, whip-smart, pay-grade MI5 security officer whose desk-bound job doesn't fulfill her fantasies of being a spy. Villanelle is a mercurial, talented killer who clings to the luxuries her violent job affords her. Based on the novellas by Luke Jennings and written by Phoebe Waller-Bridge (Fleabag), Killing Eve topples the typical spy-action thriller as these two women, equally obsessed with each other, go head to head in an epic game of cat and mouse.
