Ill Communication started as a few friends from the Oxnard and Tehachapi Hardcore scenes who had talked about making music together for over 15 years. After playing and touring North America and Europe in bands such as The Warriors, Diehard Youth, No Motiv, Retaliate and Gravemaker.

Soon after they recorded two EPs that where released online as well as a one sided 12” on Another City Records.

Responsible for mega-hit dance tracks from Adele, Jennifer Lopez, and Bravo's Housewives of Beverly Hills star Erika Jayne, Moto Blanco took the reins in the studio with Carol Jiani and helped transform Jimmy D Robinson's 'I Got This Feeling' into a musical masterwork for the dance floor.

BECAUSE OF WINN DIXIE, with a book and lyrics by Nell Benjamin and music by Duncan Sheik, and based on the popular 2000 novel by Kate DeCamillo, is playing in its world premiere this winter at Arkansas Repertory Theatre, with AVENUE Q's John Tartaglia at the helm.
