It looks like a nice day for a swim! The first trailer for the Daisy Ridley-led film was released during a panel on Thursday at CinemaCon. Disney’s Young Woman and the Sea tells the extraordinary true story of Trudy Ederle, the first woman to successfully swim the English Channel, is coming to theaters nationwide in a special engagement May 31, 2024. Tickets have completely sold out for the entire run of Romeo & Juliet, led by Tom Holland, coming to London's West End this May. Tickets went on sale this morning, Tuesday 13 February, at 8am GMT.

Park Theatre has announced a plethora of new shows for 2024, including the third installment of their hugely popular Whodunnit [Unrehearsed] series and a two-part adaptation of The Forsyte Saga.

The Walt Disney Archives has opened its vaults to mark 100 historic years of making magic! In honor of this global celebration of a century of Disney storytelling, the ABC Owned Television Stations will present a 30-minute special, “Disney100: The Exhibition — Making the Magic,” hosted by Alicia Vitarelli and TaRhonda Thomas.

The Board of Trustees of Barrington Stage Company have announced that Alan Paul as the company's new Artistic Director. Paul, who is currently the Associate Artistic Director of the Tony Award-winning Shakespeare Theatre Company in Washington, DC, will succeed Julianne Boyd, BSC co-founder and Artistic Director, who is retiring at the end of the 2022 season after leading the company for 27 years.

Vicky Hawkins has been announced as the new Executive Director of Park Theatre, taking the reins from Rachael Williams who was in the role for five years. A Haringey resident, Vicky joins Park Theatre from the National Theatre where she was Head of Producing. 

By popular demand an extra date has been added to the run of Whodunnit [Unrehearsed] 2 at Park Theatre. A 3pm matinee on Tuesday 8th March was put on sale this morning and is the only date now available in the otherwise sold out run (except for £10 day seats released at 10am on show days).

After months of refurbishments and closure due to coronavirus, the Royal Albert Hall is back open and ready to celebrate its 150th anniversary. Part of its full re-opening programme was the return of Letters Live, an event which has taken place at various venues across the world (from the Union Chapel in Islington to the Calais refugee camp to Los Angeles), and made its debut at the Royal Albert Hall back in 2019.

Daisy Ridley has been announced to join Mind Fall, a new futuristic thriller written by Graham Moore. Mathieu Kassovitz is attached to direct the new film. Jeff Robinov's Studio 8 is set to produce the new film.
