Astounding actresssinger Barbara Minkus has been delighting audiences for over 50 years on Broadway and on television. Her autobiographical play 18 Minutes of Fame has been a hit with both LA and New York audiences for a few years now and pro that she is, Minkus makes changes to it regularly. In our chat, she tells our audience how it got started, what she's done to improve it for the next remounting in July and how very much the show means to her. I have seen this wonderful show 18 Minutes of Fame 3 times, and marvel at how you change things each time you mount it. It's about your life from the time you were a little girl. Cabrillo Music Theatre Dedicates HAPPY DAYS Performances to Bosley

Cabrillo Music Theatre, the Ovation Award-winning Resident Musical Production Company of the Thousand Oaks Civic Arts Plaza, is proud to announce that all performances of HAPPY DAYS, A New Musical will be dedicated to the memory of Tom Bosley. At an Opening Night reception, Producer Garry Marshall and musical icon Paul Williams will pay tribute to this great man of television, film and theatre. Also there to celebrate and pay tribute will be Producer Arnold Margolin, Writer/Producer Ed Scharlach, Actor Scott Baio ('Chachi'), Actress Cathy Silvers ('Jenny Piccalo'), at a VIP reception prior to the Opening Night Performance of HAPPY DAYS, A New Musical, on Friday, October 22 beginning at 5:30pm. Additionally, Mr. Marshall will address the opening night audience with some thoughts and remembrances of the wonderfully talented 'Mr. C.'
