As previously announced, THE BOOK OF MORMON, winner of nine 2011 Tony Awards including Best Musical, will make its West Coast premiere in a strictly limited 12-week engagement from September 5 through November 25, 2012 at the Pantages Theatre in Los Angeles.
Single tickets for THE BOOK OF MORMON in Los Angeles will go on sale exclusively to American Express Cardmembers beginning Wednesday, May 30 at 10:00AM by calling 800-745-3000 or visiting Ticketmaster.com and will remain on sale through 11:59PM on Tuesday, June 5. Tickets will go on sale to the general public on Sunday morning, June 10 at 7:00am exclusively at the Pantages Theatre Box Office (6233 Hollywood Boulevard), and five hours later at 12:00 Noon, individual tickets will be made available online at Ticketmaster.com, by phone at 800-982-2787, and at all Ticketmaster outlet locations.

THE BOOK OF MORMON features book, music and lyrics by Trey Parker, Robert Lopez and Matt Stone. Parker and Stone are the four-time Emmy Award-winning creators of the landmark animated series, “South Park.” Tony Award-winner Lopez is co-creator of the long-running hit musical comedy, Avenue Q. The musical is choreographed by Tony Award-winner Casey Nicholaw (Monty Python’s Spamalot, The Drowsy Chaperone) and is directed by Nicholaw and Parker.
Two-time Tony Award nominee Gavin Creel leads the touring cast of THE BOOK OF MORMON as Elder Price; additional casting has yet to be announced.
Following the sold-out premiere at The Ellie Caulkins Opera House in Denver August 14 – September 2, 2012, the First National Tour for THE BOOK OF MORMON will travel to more than 15 cities during the 2012-2013 season including Los Angeles, San Francisco, Portland, Seattle, Des Moines, Minneapolis, St. Louis, Rochester, Detroit, Pittsburgh, Boston, Toronto, Buffalo, Cleveland and Washington D.C. with additional cities to be announced soon. A 2nd National Tour will begin performances December 11, 2012 at the Bank of America Theatre in Chicago.
