Hey, I'm Josh Strobl! I was born and raised in Burbank, CA and I am a proud member of the Mexican-American Musical Theatre Community. I abandoned the sunny skies of Los Angeles to pursue my BFA in Musical Theatre at the University of Michigan. Go Blue! In 2016, I won the Jimmy Award as well as the Jerry Herman Award for my performance as Link Larkin in Hairspray. I have joined the Broadway cast of Dear Evan Hansen as the Universal Evan, Connor and Jared. Please continue to check in here as well as on my social media pages for exciting upcoming projects.

Manhattan Theatre Club just presented its annual Spring Gala at Cipriani 42nd Street. The evening included performances by the casts of many of this Broadway season’s most acclaimed musicals, including Cabaret at the Kit Kat Club, Days of Wine and Roses, The Great Gatsby, The Notebook, The Outsiders, The Who’s Tommy, and Water For Elephants. He highlighted the deep connection he has with the piece, pointing out this his mother had posters of C. Thomas Howell, Matt Dillon, and Rob Lowe on her locker when she was in high school.
