This Outer Critics Circle Award winner, written by Jonathan Larson (author of RENT) receives its Regional Premiere at Roxys just as Lin Manuel Miranda is set to direct the film version. Set in 1990, the intense fear and frustration of not having a career, turning 30, and trying to decide how to choose between the passion he loves or listening to the people he loves is truly reflective of the tragically shortened life of Larson. A nakedly autobiographical musical, your hearts will tick, faster and faster, and their echos will serve as a haunting reminder of a significant talent lost too soon. RATED PG
