Martha Woolf isn’t like her sisters. While they’re dreaming about ponies and marrying rich, she prefers to spend her time caring for the cows and pigs on her family’s farm in North Wales.

One animal in particular is special: the orphan calf Rebel. When circumstances threaten Rebel’s life, Martha must find her voice - and do whatever it takes - to protect him.

This bold debut from Quaestio Productions takes audiences on a madcap adventure into the realms of magical realism. With hauntingly memorable music and satirical storytelling, Hero Douglas’s darkly comic musical spins an inspirational tale about growing up different and finding courage in hair-brained ideas.
