Spain 1492: a Jewish woman, forced to leave her home, tunes into a community of Christian, Muslim and Jewish women. Their stories echo down to the people of all faiths affected by politics and war today, soundtracked by their plaintive Sephardic songs and lively Spanish mediaeval music, performed live by The Telling.
Award-winning music and theatre company, The Telling (What the Dickens?, Creating Carmen) presents Into the Melting Pot, a concertplay (where music and theatre collide) by Clare Norburn and BAFTA-nominated BBC director, Nicholas Renton
