Coppelia at The Cockpit

The reimagining of Coppelia will take the original classical score by Delibes along with various versions of the story and re-mix them to delve deeper into the background of all the characters and why Dr.Coppelius was so intent on creating a life-sized clockwork doll for himself. Through an eclectic mix of dance styles, the existing story of the ballet will be expanded and developed as well as an electronic music remix incorporating the classical score reinventing and re-interpreting the original inspirations that brought the music and dance together.The KVN Dance Company uses the art of movement and dance to create original inspiring works that have a unique identity.
