WICKED, the global musical phenomenon that tells the incredible untold story of the Witches of Oz, is pleased to announce the full cast for its forthcoming UK & Ireland Tour. Rehearsals begin in London on Monday (5 August 2013) and the full cast is confirmed as follows:

Morrible), Dale Rapley (The Wizard and Doctor Dillamond), Carina Gillespie (Nessarose), George Ure (Boq), Jemma Alexander (Standby Elphaba), Lee Bridgman, Chrissy Brooke, Richard Carson, Harrison Clark, Jeanine Dinger, Tim Edwards, HoWard Ellis, Natasha Ferguson, Zoe George, Lia Given, Natalie Green, Charlie Harding, Katie Kerr, Robert Kershaw, Will Knights, Sophie Leigh-Griffin, Candy Marriott,
Oliver Metzler, Wendy-Lee Purdy, Julienne Schembri, Grant Thresh, Ed White and Helen Woolf.

The UK & Ireland Tour will visit: Manchester Palace Theatre (12 September to 16 November 2013), Dublin Bord Gáis Energy Theatre (27 November 2013 to 18 January 2014); Milton Keynes Theatre (4 February to 8 March 2014); Wales Millennium Centre (12 March to 26 April 2014); Glasgow King's Theatre (6 May to 31 May 2014); Leeds Grand Theatre (10 June to 5 July 2014) and Birmingham Hippodrome (9 July to 6 September 2014). Tickets are now on sale at all venues. Further cities and dates into 2015 to be announced.

Recently acclaimed as "one of the most popular West End musicals ever" (London Evening Standard), the record-breaking London production continues its open-ended run at the Apollo Victoria Theatre where it is already the 16th longest-running musical in West End theatre history.

Based on the novel by Gregory Maguire that ingeniously and wittily re-imagines the stories and characters created by L. Frank Baum in 'The Wonderful Wizard of Oz', Wicked tells the incredible untold story of an unlikely but profound friendship between two sorcery students. Their extraordinary adventures in Oz will ultimately see them fulfil their destinies as Glinda The Good and the Wicked Witch of the West.

Wicked has music and lyrics by multi GRAMMY and Academy Award winner Stephen Schwartz, a book by Winnie Holzman, musical staging by Wayne Cilento and is directed by two-time Tony Award winner and Olivier Award nominee Joe Mantello. Wicked is based on the acclaimed novel, 'Wicked: The Life and Times of the Wicked Witch of the West', by Gregory Maguire.
