The Times has a report today on why WICKED has proven so popular with West End theatregoers.

Reporter Ben Hoyle talks to Dianne Pilkington as well as producer Michael McCabe.

He concludes the show is "the biggest thing in musicals since The Phantom of the Opera opened 24 years ago: a juggernaut that is accelerating the time and reinventing the business model for theatre in the process."
