Nathan James, whose stunning rock voice made him an unforgettable finalist on ITV 1's Superstar competition, is set to blow the roof off theatres across the UK as the star of Bohemian Rhapsody - The Hits of Queen.
A spectacular concert, Bohemian Rhapsody - The Hits of Queen is one of the biggest Queen tribute shows and has been performed in arenas and theatres across the world to great acclaim.
Bohemian Rhapsody - The Hits of Queen feaures six sensational singers and dancers with a powerful live rock band delivering all of Queens' classic anthems and greatest hits, including Bohemian Rhapsody, Killer Queen, We Are the Champions, We Will Rock You and many more.
The tour opens at Darlington Civic Theatre (13 - 18 May) then plays Woking's New Victoria Theatre (21 - 25 May), Bristol Hippodrome (28 May - 1 June), Manchester Opera House (4 - 8 June), Edinburgh Playhouse (11 - 15 June), Eden Court Inverness (18 - 22 June), Norwich Theatre Royal (24 - 26 June), Oxford New Theatre (27 - 29 June), Glasgow King's Theatre (2 - 6 July).
The rest of the cast includes singers Amy Diamond (a finalist in BBC 1's search for a Dorothy for The Wizard of Oz), Kelly-Anne Gower, Rebecca Kelly, Giovanni Spano (who has just play
Ed Simon Zealots in the Jesus Christ Superstar arena tour), and dancers Ricky Loftus, Philip Birchall and James Evans.
In 2012 Nathan appeared on BBC 1's The Voice. Ten million viewers saw Nathan sing the Bon Jovi classic Livin' On A Prayer. "Your voice is ridiculous, your range is amazing," said Jessie J.
Only a few months later, Nathan was on our screens again on ITV 1's Superstar,
Andrew Lloyd Webber's search for Jesus to play a new arena tour of Jesus Christ Superstar. Nathan finished in fifth place, and as a result of his TV appearances was immediately signed to be the lead singer in the USA for The Trans Siberian Orchestra for a massive arena tour of the States, where he toured for three months to rave reviews and critical acclaim.
