Ramin Karimloo to Tour UK in A NIGHT WITH THE PHANTOM This Fall

Theatre star Ramin Karimloo is set to tour the UK in October, making stops in Bristol, Manchester and Birmingham. The concerts will feature songs from South Pacific, The Phantom of the Opera, Miss Saigon, Les Miserables, Love Never Dies and Sunset Boulevard.

Karimloo will play Bristol's Colston Hall October 13 with the Welsh Concert Orchestra, Manchester's Bridgewater Hall October 22 with Manchester Concert Orchetra, and Birmingham's Symphony Hall on October 29.

Karimloo is an Iranian-born Canadian musical theatre actor, recognised chiefly for his work in London's West End. He is one of the notable actors to play both the roles of Raoul and the Phantom in the West End's production of The Phantom of the Opera. He also originated the role of the Phantom in Andrew Lloyd Webber's Love Never Dies, which continues the story of The Phantom of the Opera.

Ramin won The Best Actor award for the Broadwayworld.com awards in 2010 for his portrayal of The Phantom in Love Never Dies. He has also been nominated for The Best Actor category again but this time for The Viewers' Choice Theatre Awards at Whatsonstage.com in 2011. On Feb 7, 2011, Ramin was also nominated for an Olivier Award for Best Actor. Love Never Dies had the most nominations with 7.
