For one evening our joint artistic director Rachel Tucker brings her critical acclaimed cabaret to the Bridge House Theatre with a unique twist. The audience will have the opportunity to bid in advance suggesting and dedicating a song Rachel will learn and include in her set. Another auction will see the lucky bidder perform with Rachel on stage.

All profits will go to the Bridge House Theatre.

Rachel is best known for her award-winning portrayal of Elphaba in Wicked in the West End. She also made her acclaimed Broadway debut in Sting's musical The Last Ship, which was later followed by a stint as Elphaba in New York. Recently she completed her green journey by performing as part of Wicked's 10th Anniversary.

Rachel who will be joined by her "On the Road Band" & some special guests for this exclusive performance said "I am honoured to bring this special show to our very own Bridge House. It marks the end of my first UK tour, and to do this unique fundraiser for our lovely theatre seems the perfect finish. I'm really excited to be able to offer the audience something really different, and I believe the auctions are a very special way of bringing the Theatre's unique potential of theatre that is up, close and personal! Crucially it will really help us in further developing future productions!"

Rob Harris, lead producer at the Bridge House said "It's wonderful that we have such an amazing performer as Rachel as our joint Artistic Director. This show means so much to the theatre financially. We get no independent or Arts Council funding and survive from show to show. We have big plans for the venue and look forward to an amazing event."

The outside concert is directed by Bridge House Theatre joint Artistic Director Guy Retallack, is produced by Rob Harris for The Bridge House Theatre & Climar Productions. The On the Road Band comprises of MD Kris Rawlinson, Dan Giles and Keir Adamson
