President Barack Obama reportedly visited London's Globe Theatre on Saturday, April 23rd, in honor of the 400th anniversary of Shakespeare's death.
The president had the privilege of seeing several scenes from Hamlet during his visit, including the title character's famous "To be, or not to be" soliloquy. The performance was coordinated just for the president, with a cast comprised of actors from a company that completed a two-year Hamlet world tour starting in 2014.
After the performance, the President said, "Let me shake hands with everyone. That was wonderful. I don't want it to stop."
The company is set to play their last four shows at the Globe this weekend.
