Maria Friedman has starred in numerous hit West End musicals such as Chicago, Passion, The Woman in White, Ragtime and The National Theatre productions of Lady in the Dark and Sunday in the Park with George, playing Dot, for which she was Olivier nominated. She made her critically acclaimed Broadway debut in Andrew Lloyd Webber's The Woman in White and has played three seasons at the Café Carlyle.

To date, Maria has received 3 Olivier awards and 7 nominations for her work in musical theatre.

This newly conceived show, Maria Friedman: Re-arranged, gives audiences the opportunity to experience Maria and her 11-piece band in the intimate and relaxed atmosphere of the Chocolate Factory, following the enormous success of her Olivier award winning show Maria Friedman: By Special Arrangement (Donmar).

Some of the most renowned orchestrators and arrangers in the UK and America, have rearranged versions of her firm favourites and contemporary tunes, including the work of Sondheim, Brel, Bacharach, Jason Robert Brown, Andrew Lippa, Kate Bush, Gershwin, Kander & Ebb, Adam Guettel, Randy Newman and Michel Legrand, helping to create an unforgettable evening of musical magic.
