Charlie Brooks and Patrick Ryecart will play Sally and Mike respectively in the UK tour and London run of Torben Betts's new play MONOGAMY, joining the previously announced Janie Dee as Caroline Mortimer. They are joined by Jack Archer as Leo, Genevieve Gaunt as Amanda and Jack Sandle as Graeme.

As previously announced, the UK tour of MONOGAMY will begin at the Festival Theatre in Malvern from 2 May. Two newly announced dates on the tour are Aylesbury Waterside Theatre from 15 - 19 May and Richmond Theatre from 28 May - 2 June. The limited 5-week season at London's Park Theatre will run from 6 June to 7 July 2018, with a national press night on Monday 11 June.

Charlie Brooks is best known for playing Janine Butcher in EastEnders on BBC1, for which she won the British Soap award for Villain of the Year (2004) and Best Exit (2005). Charlie was also nominated for Most Popular Newcomer and Most Popular Actress at the National Television Awards. Charlie's other TV credits include Moving On, Robin Hood, Love Soup, Angel of Death and Bleak House (all for BBC), Suspects (Channel 5) and Wired (ITV). Charlie received critical acclaim for her portrayal as Blanch DuBois in A Streetcar Named Desire (Curve, Leicester) and as Sandra in Beautiful Thing (Arts Theatre, London & National Tour). She returns to Park Theatre after having appeared in Michael Kingsbury's Contact.com in 2015.

Patrick Ryecart's most recent TV credits include playing the Duke of Norfolk in The Crown (Netflix) and Sir Hugh Bodrugan in series 1&2 of Poldark (ITV). His other extensive TV and film roles include Lord Wigram in The King's Speech opposite Colin Firth and Helena Bonham Carter, the lead role of Captain Hilary Duff in The High Life(BBC 2), Crown Prince Rudolf in Lillie (ITV) and De Bernis in the 1987 film Casanova. On stage, Patrick's credits include playing Marchbanks opposite Deborah Kerr in Candida in the West End, for which he received an Olivier nomination for Best Actor in a Supporting Role. His other theatre credits include The Beastly Beatitudes of Balthazar B (West End) opposite Simon Callow and later Billy Connolly, An Ideal Husband directed by Peter Hall (National Tour/West End), High Society directed by Richard Eyre (Victoria Palace), The Rivals (National Theatre), A Midsummer Night's Dream (West End) and The Importance of Being Earnest (West End). Patrick has just returned from playing Garry Essendine in Noel Coward's Present Laughter at The Theatre on The Bay, Capetown.

Jack Archer's theatre credits includes: Quaint Honour (Finborough Theatre), for which he was nominated for Best Male at the Off West End Awards 2017, Nivelli's War (Lyric Theatre, Belfast, and New Victory Theatre, New York, for which he was nominated for Best Actor at The Stage Debut Awards 2017) and Confessional (Southwark Playhouse).

Genevieve Gaunt can be seen as Miss Teignmouth in the film The Mercy opposite Colin Firth and Rachel Wiesz, which is currently in cinemas nationwide. She played Pansy Parkinson in Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban and was also regular, Wilhelmina, in Season 3 of The Royals (E!). Genevieve's theatre credits include Lynette Fromme in Assassins (Edinburgh Festival) and French Without Tears (The Orange Tree, Richmond).

Jack Sandle's theatre credits include Running Wild (Chichester and Tour), War Horse (West End), The Astronaut's Chair (Theatre Royal Plymouth), Macbeth (Bolton Octagon) and Far from The Madding Crowd (English Touring Theatre). Jack has appeared in Beowulf (ITV), The Tudors (Showtime), Spooks (BBC), Wire in the Blood (ITV) and Merlin (BBC).

Caroline Mortimer, the nation's favourite TV cook, has it all: a sparkling career, a big house in Highgate, a (golf) loving husband, smart kids and the best kitchen money can buy. But beneath the immaculate furnishings and studio lighting and away from the glare of the ever-present cameras, Caroline must face the looming collision of living a private life in the public eye. What happens when the cameras turn off and the truth comes out?

MONOGAMY will be directed by Alastair Whatley, with design by James Perkins, lighting by Chris Withers, sound by Max Pappenheim and casting by Ellie Collyer-Bristow CDG. The national tour is produced by Tom Hackney for The Original Theatre Company, Ghost Light Theatre Production and Eilene Davidson.
