According to the Daily Mail, Mustapha Matura's PLAY MAS is set for Orange Tree Theatre in Richmond next spring, helmed by Paulette Randall, who was among those on the creative team for 2012's London Olympics opening ceremony.

PLAY MAS was first performed at the Royal Court Theatre in 1974, featuring Stefan Kalipha, Rudolph Walker, Norman Beaton and Mona Hammond. The production won Matura the Evening Standard's Most Promising Playwright Award.
Randall is the former artistic director of the Talawa Theatre Company, and, as associate director of the 2012 Summer Olympics opening ceremony, collaborated with Danny Boyle to create the strange and wondrous world of London's social and cultural history.
Randall has directed many of August Wilson's plays, as well as Blest be the Tie and What's in the Cat at the Royal Court. She is also behind television's Desmond's and The Real McCoy.
