PETER PAN Moves To The O2 For Six Week Run Over The Holidays, Begins December 10

"PETER PAN", which has played to over 150,000 people in Kensington Gardens this summer, with gross takings in excess of £5 million, will now move to The O2 for a six-week run over the Christmas period from Tuesday 1 December to Sunday 10 January 2010.

"PETER PAN" is being performed in a purpose-built pavilion, which will have an increased capacity at The O2, and will seat an audience of 1,350. "PETER PAN" will bring its breathtaking and specially-commissioned 360-degree projected scenic design to The O2, being seen there for the first time ever.

This new production of "PETER PAN", written by Tanya Ronder from JM Barrie, is directed by Ben Harrison and designed by William Dudley. The cast is headed by Ciaran Kellgren playing ‘Peter Pan', Abby Ford ‘Wendy Darling', Jonathan Hyde ‘Captain Hook/Mr Darling', Karen Ascoe ‘Mrs Darling', with Arthur Wilson as ‘John Darling' and David Poynor as ‘Michael Darling'.

The pavilion will be situated in the Meridian Gardens at The O2. "PETER PAN" at The O2 will incorporate changes to the production to be seen at the San Francisco opening next May at the start of a 20-month US tour. A second production will open in New Zealand in January 2011 at the start of a Far Eastern tour.

"PETER PAN" will play at 7.30pm on 1 - 5, 8 - 12, 16 - 17, 19, 23, 26, 28 - 30 December and 2, 5 and 7 - 9 January; at 2.00pm on 3, 5, 8, 10, 12, 15, 17, 19, 21 - 23, 26, 28 - 30 December and 2 and 9 January; at 12.30pm on 6, 13, 20, 24, 27, 31 December and 3 - 4 and 10 January; at 4.30pm on 6, 13, 20, 24, 27, 31 December and 3 - 4 and 10 January.
Ticket prices are £45.00, £40.00, £32.50 and £19.50 (Premium seats £55.00). Prices for the period from 19 December to 3 January are £45.00, £42.50, £35.00 and £22.50 (Premium seats £60.00), with concessions for children, schools and groups.
