Variety is reporting that Christopher Shinn's play Now or Later will be crossing over to the US to Hartford Stage this winter for their BrandNEW play reading series from November 6th through November 20th. The play is currently running at London's Royal Court Theater where it is being met with rave reviews and a recent extension.

The play, like most theatrical works taking off this upcoming season, focuses on politics and war. The play centers around election night in a U.S. campaign. Shinn was a Pulitzer Prize finalist for his play Dying City.

Variety reports, "Also featured in the series are Craig Wright's "Mistakes Were Made," Elizabeth Egloff's "The Ether Dome" (about the inventor of anesthesiology), Daniel Beaty's "The Story of Rowland Hayes," Quiara Hudes' "Elliot, A Soldier's Fugue" and a sixth play still to be named."
