Noel Coward's "BRIEF ENCOUNTER" live on stage at 'The Cinema On The Haymarket' in the West End is extending its season by four months until 19 October.
The Kneehigh Theatre production of "BRIEF ENCOUNTER" opened on 17 February to rave reviews and public acclaim. The play features the Kneehigh Theatre Company, including Tristan Sturrock as 'Alec', Naomi Frederick as 'Laura', Tamzin Griffin as 'Myrtle', Amanda Lawrence as 'Beryl', Stuart McLoughlin as 'Stanley',
Andy Williams as 'Fred/Albert' and musicians Pete Judge & Alec Vann.
Kneehigh Theatre and "BRIEF ENCOUNTER" director Emma Rice will guest star as 'Myrtle' in the play for four weeks only from 21 July until 18 August.
"BRIEF ENCOUNTER" is directed in the West End by Kneehigh Theatre's award-winning artistic director Emma Rice. The play is designed by Neil Murray, with lighting by Malcolm Rippeth, original music by Stu Barker, sound by Simon Baker and projection by Gemma Carrington & Jon Driscoll. Mike Shepherd is their associate producer.
"BRIEF ENCOUNTER" is produced in the West End by David Pugh and Dafydd Rogers, (the Tony and Olivier Award-winning producers of "Art", "The Play What I Wrote", "Equus" and "God of Carnage"), and Cineworld Group Plc.
