Nicholas Hytner Knighted In New Year Honours

National Theatre artistic director Nicholas Hytner has been knighted in the New Year Honours List for his services to drama.

His stage productions include Jerry Springer: The Opera, War Horse and The History Boys. He has also worked on film, bringing The History Boys to the big screen.
