The new Take That musical "Never Forget" kicks off its "Pre West End" tour in Cardiff this July but already a dark cloud looms over its hoped for West End transfer.
Take That, now newly reformed, have claimed they do not want anything to do with the new musical and have reportedly said that if its comes into London they will take legal action againt the producers of the musical. "Never Forget" was a project that Take That were very keen on and were even going to be involved in the making of, but now due the bands comeback success they want to shelve the musical and just focus on the band itself - however producer Tristian Baker wants to proceed. Due to the possibility of a court case if it comes in the West End one of the theates vying to get the production, rumoured to be Really Usefuls New London Theatre, have backed out.
