Natalie Casey and Simon Bailey Join IF IT ONLY EVEN RUNS A MINUTE, Oct 20

West End stars Simon Bailey and Natalie Casey have been announced as the lead guests of If It Only Even Runs a Minute at the Hippodrome Casino on Ocotber 20th.

They join the previously announced Damian Humbley, Sarah Ingram, Michael Matus and Matthew Rowland together with series regulars Christopher Bartlett and Georgia Thomas and hosts Lydia Grant and Oliver Southgate. Also added to the line-up are Ashley Stirling and author Richard Free.

The one night only concert celebrates the songs and stories of short-lived and unappreciated musicals. At this edition, the team celebrate the musicals The Biograph Girl, Dance a Little Closer, Evening Primrose, Nine Wives, Bat Boy, Murderous Instincts, Lend Me a Tenor, The Wild Party (Lippa), The Wedding Singer, Romeo and Juliet, Dogfight, YEE-HAW!! and Kelly.

Natalie Casey recently finished leading the cast of 9 to 5 on UK tour and has also appeared in the West End's Fame, Legally Blonde and, most recently, Abigail's Party. She is perhaps best known for her television roles in Hollyoaks and Two Pints of Lager. At Runs a Minute on October 20th, she will perform numbers from and discuss her time playing Julia in the original UK tour of The Wedding Singer.

Simon Bailey is best known for his West End stints as Raoul in Phantom and Enjorlas in Les Miserables. He has also appeared in the West End's Joseph and We Will Rock You, and Passion at the Donmar Warehouse. He joins the cast to share songs and stories from Romeo & Juliet The Musical, which he was in the original West End cast of at the Piccadilly in 2002.

If It Only Even Runs a Minute: London Edition 3 is produced by Oliver Southgate for Tinyhuge Ltd in association with Ava Eldred. The ongoing series is based on and inspired by the hit NYC series of the same name created by Jennifer Ashley Tepper, Kevin Michael Murphy and Caleb Hoyer. The New York series is a Time Out Critics' Pick and recipient of the Bistro award for Outstanding Musical Series. The concert is directed by Pádraig Kennedy with musical direction by Barney Ashworth.
