'The Hero - A West End Tribute' is being released in November 2018 to mark the 100th Anniversary of the end of World War One and will raise funds for Help For Heroes.
The latest recording sessions featured; Sam Bailey; Samantha Dorsey, Alice Fearn, Charlotte Jaconelli, Joe Aaron Reid and Marisha Wallace. They join previously announced artists; Norman Bowman; Alan Burkitt; Maria Coyne; Matt Henry; Rob Houchen; Luke McCall; Jai McDowall; Trevor Dion Nicholas; Dame Siân Phillips; Savannah Stevenson and Michael Xavier on the recording.
Producing the project is composer and lyricist duo, Daniel and Laura Curtis. Daniel Curtis said 'We wanted to pay tribute to all those who have served in the military and raise much needed funds for Help For Heroes. We are just under half way through the vocal recording sessions and the final record with feature 40 artists from across the West End with a few very special guests all paying their respects to our servicewomen and servicemen. There will be a further two recording sessions in London along with a further session in NYC and a number of location recording before we finish the project.'
