Madalena Alberto to Perform Concert at New Pizza Express Live

West End leading lady Madalena Alberto will perform in the new concert series Pizza Express Live! in Holborn on Sunday 3rd December 2017, 8pm.

It's the last opportunity to see Madalena Alberto in such an intimate space this year. After her sold out solo concert at Live at Zedel, Madalena will bring her musical director Miquel Tejada from Barcelona again, plus special guest musicians and performers, to create an eclectic musical evening at the brand new music venue in Holborn: Pizza Express Live!

In her solo concerts Madalena Alberto performs some of the musical theatre songs that have marked her career so far, as well as some of her favourite pieces, including songs written by herself, offering an unique repertoire which is of interest of all kind of audiences.

Madalena is mostly known for playing many coveted female roles in the West End, such as Fantine from Les Miserábles, the title role in Evita and Grizabella in Cats. She has also developed a following as a songwriter and recently released her latest single "Trains Tracks".

Regarding this concert Madalena Alberto says: "I always enjoy immensely performing in intimate spaces such as this one. It's an opportunity to bring friends together on stage and share some of my favourite songs and artists, as well as experimenting with new material. And they have vegan pizza as well!"
