The Seagull, Uncle Vanya, The Cherry Orchard, The Three Sisters, The Bear, The Proposal...

Ok, so they are not two of his famous intense dramas, but they are short and funny.

Set in Wilde's London, The Proposal, gives us a hypochondriac trying to propose to his neighbour whilst avoiding a land dispute and his rising hysteria. While The Bear, provides us with an angry creditor staging a sit down protest in the house of a grieving widow.

Jekyll and Hyde

Tue 25 May to Sun 6 June

*Limited Two Week Run*

European Arts Company invites you on a trip down the smoggy, gaslit alleyways of Victorian London to hear "The Strange Case of Dr Jekyll & Mr Hyde". Set in a tavern in 1888, a versatile ensemble cast will re-enact this classic tale using only the things you would find in a pub! Creating the physical world of Victorian London with great ingenuity, wit and imagination, the show is a thrilling, chilling and highly entertaining reinvention of this classic tale. This show comes to the King's Head fresh from a 40 date UK tour.

Tickets: £15 / £12.50 (concs)
