Really Useful Theatres Group announced today that Jules Arnott will be joining the company as Marketing & Communications Director on 30th October 2017.

Jules will be joining the business at an exciting time, as it launches a number of new initiatives, works on major investment schemes, and completes the bringing in-house of all ticketing services. Responsible for maximising all these opportunities, as well as harnessing data and digital relationships to build customer profiles, this will drive engagement and the experience offered across the theatre group.

Joining us from The O2 where she held the position of Marketing & Communications Director, Jules has an excellent track record of driving the marketing function and achieving great results including growing footfall at The O2, increasing ticket sales for events, improving ancillary spend, and delivering value to commercial partners.

Really Useful Theatres Group Managing Director Rebecca Kane Burton, who was Vice President and GM of London's The O2 before joining Lloyd Webber's company in 2016, says "I'm absolutely thrilled to welcome Jules to the newly created role of Marketing & Comms Director. Having worked with her at The O2 for many years I know her experience, vision and enthusiasm well, and can't wait for her to bring all these assets to the Really Useful family. She's simply the best marketer I've ever worked with."

Jules Arnott comments "I'm joining Really Useful Theatres Group at an incredibly exciting time in the organisation's history and I look forward to working on the many projects and initiatives Rebecca and the team have kicked off. It has been a brilliant 6 years at The O2, a venue that will always hold a special place in my heart, but I'm excited to begin the new challenge."

Really Useful Theatres Group, wholly owned by Andrew Lloyd Webber, owns and operates seven West End theatres: the London Palladium, Theatre Royal Drury Lane, Her Majesty's Theatre, New London Theatre, Cambridge Theatre and The Other Palace. The Adelphi Theatre is co-owned with Nederlander International Limited.

The theatres offer a range of auditorium sizes with seating capacities from large 2,000-plus seats to mid-sized 1,000-plus, collectively covering over 10,000 seats across the West End. The Other Palace is a creative hub for all things musical theatre, with a 300-capacity theatre and 120-capacity studio space. With one third of the seating capacity in London's musical theatre market, approximately 1 in 3 of all visits to a London musical is to a Really Useful Theatres Group theatre. Current shows in our theatres include; 42nd Street, School of Rock the Musical, Matilda the Musical, Kinky Boots, and the world famous The Phantom of the Opera.
