Jonathan Reid Gealt to Launch WHATEVER I WANT IT TO BE Album at St James Studio This Oct

American composer Jonathan Reid Gealt is back in London to launch his third studio album WHATEVER I WANT IT TO BE on Sunday 11th October at St James Studio before its official worldwide release on 29th November.

Following two sell-out concerts for his previous two albums, THIRTEEN STORIES DOWN and HERE FOR YOU, he is delighted to be returning to share exclusives from the new album alongside his other signature songs.

The West End line-up includes Andy Coxon, Danny Colligan, Scott Garnham, Katie Hall, Melissa James, Ceili O'Connor, Jodie Steele, Rebecca Trehearn and Lee van Geleen plus Season 8 finalist from X-Factor Craig Colton. The concert will be accompanied by a top West End band led by musical director Bob Broad.

WHATEVER I WANT IT TO BE is a fun and eclectic album of songs with influences ranging from jazz to big band, soul to pop, rock and roll to singer/songwriter, Motown and beyond.

Produced by James Bilodeau, Matt Hinkley and Jonathan Reid Gealt, the album features two-time Tony nominee Laura Osnes, two-time Grammy nominee Jane Monheit, two-time Tony nominee Joshua Henry, Luke Edgem on (Season 4 of "The Voice," Glee), Loren Allred (Season 3 of "The Voice"), Craig Colton (Season 8 finalist from X-Factor UK), Caissie Levy (Ghost, Hair, Wicked), Natalie Weiss (Everyday Rapture, Les Miserables), Whitney Bashor (Bridges of Madison County, Beaches), Alysha Umphress (On The Town, American Idiot), Alex Brightman (School of Rock, Wicked), Lindsay Mendez (Significant Other, Dogfight, Wicked, Godspell), Celisse Henderson (Godspell), Lilli Cooper (Spring Awakening, Wicked), Eric Michael Krop (Godspell), Addi McDaniel (Addi & Jacq), Michael Deleget, Jonathan Reid Gealt and James Bilodeau. Matt Hinkley also serves as musical supervisor and helped arrange the album with Gealt.

Jonathan's music has been featured in sold out venues and concerts all over New York City including the Broadway in South Africa Benefits, Symphony Space, The Canal Room, Joe's Pub, The Triad, The Laurie Beechman, The Lucille Lortel, Le Poisson Rouge, and Birdland. Outside New York City, his music has been sung around the world including: Philadelphia, Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles, Manila, Japan, Australia, Canada and London. A performer as well as a composer, select theater credits include THE SECRET GARDEN (Hammerstein Ballroom, NYC), RAGS (NOKIA Theater, NYC), LES MISERABLES (Tour), St. Louis MUNY, Atlanta Theater of the Stars, Kansas City Starlight, The Wolf Trap, JUNIE B. JONES (Tour), and THRILL ME (New England Premiere). FILM/TV ACROSS THE UNIVERSE and KIDNAPPED. Jonathan also appeared as a soloist with the Boston Pops under the baton of Keith Lockhart.
