Currently putting the finishing touches to his long-awaited fourth solo LP, John Grant today announces a UK and European tour throughout October and November including his first ever Brixton Academy performance in London which will follow from his much-anticipated release of his fourth studio album later this year and performances at this year's Green Man and Edinburgh festivals in late August.
With a history of critically acclaimed performances at Glastonbury, Latitude and End of the Road festivals, it's been a busy two and a half years for the American singer-songwriter since the release of 2015's all-conquering 'Grey Tickles, Black Pressure'. Last year saw him program his first music festival with the North Atlantic Flux in the UK City of Culture, Hull. Back in 2016 he accompanied Kylie Minogue on stage at the Royal Albert Hall to perform 'Confide in Me' and returned to London's iconic music venue alongside Jarvis Cocker, Richard Hawley and Susanne Sundfor to perform the songs of Scott Walker as part of the BBC's Late Night Proms which were broadcasted on BBC Four, BBC Radio 3 and BBC Radio 6 Music. More recently he released the critically acclaimed album 'Mr Dynamite' as part of Creep Show, a new collaborative project involving himself and the band Wrangler.Videos
