HEAVEN SENT To Premiere At New Wimbledon Studio

Heaven Sent will open for limited run at the New Wimbledon Studio in Spring 2011, opening on Wednesday 23rd March.

With music and lyrics by Adam Linsson, book by Adam Linsson and Alex Hughes, Heaven Sent will be directed by Helmi Fagan, choreographed by Samantha Zoe French and musical direction from
Ben Wiles. Heaven Sent is produced at the New Wimbledon Studio by Hidden Talent Productions in association with the New Wimbledon Studio as part of their 2011 Fresh Ideas season. Casting will be announced in the New Year.

Set in the USA in 1987, Heaven Sent is a soon-to-be cult musical comedy epic smash hit spectacular adventurous romp (epic), that tells the story of an 80s rock band from Basildon, England. Travelling in a VW camper van across America drinking, shagging, gambling and smoking weed on a seriously unlikely quest to find God (literally!) who has gone missing from Heaven, they remain intent on achieving their ultimate dream - rocking up the Hollywood Bowl in LA! This brand new musical about friendship, love and achieving your dreams features a brand new score including the songs Road To LA, Livin' The Dream and Almost There - songs that are destined to be hits in their own right!

Hidden Talent Productions was founded in April 2006 and since then it has developed into a promising independent theatre Production Company, having just presented its first show in London's West End at the Dominion Theatre Studio. Production portfolio: Nights On Broadway (MUSU), Rockin' The Rose (Ye Olde Rose And Crown Theatre) and Memories - London's Forgotten Musicals (Battersea Barge). Concentrating on cabaret, musical theatre and developing new musicals, Hidden Talent Productions starts as it means to go on, staging at least four productions each year, a Spring cabaret season and a larger production in Autumn/Winter.
