Chelsea, 1965. Behind the privileged façade of domestic social order lies a struggle for power, territory and sexual domination. In a suave Chelsea home an urbane master and his beautiful fiancée welcome their new manservant, Prentice. What follows will change their lives forever.
Matthew Bourne said today "I'm delighted that as part of our 25th birthday celebrations we are able to present one of our most unique and stylish works, Play Without Words, and I'm thrilled to say that two of our original cast members, Saranne Curtin and Richard Winsor, will be returning to their created roles. Play without words highlights new adventures performers as actors as well as dancers and I believe I have assembled a very fine cast of consummate performers for this first revival."
