Evanna Lynch and Stuart Brennan to Star in 2013 UK Tour of HOUDINI?

According to WildAboutHoudini.com, Evanna Lynch (Harry Potter films) and Stuart Brennan will likely star in the upcoming UK tour of Houdini. The show is set to make its World Premiere on September 9, 2013 at the Stoke-on-Trent Repertory Theatre, produced by Theatre Giant.

Brennan would play Houdini's brother Theo, and Lynch would portray Houdini's wife. Brennan also penned the play.

The official synopsis reads: "To be the greatest, you have to be willing to sacrifice everything. The highly successful Brothers Houdini soon find this out, as their death-defying feats start to draw in ever bigger crowds and ultimately attract the attention of the major theatre promoters. Join us for what promises to be an explosive theatrical spectacle, when the prestigious promoter Martin Beck offers only Harry an opportunity that will change his life forever. This intricate look inside the lives of two of the greatest performers the world has ever seen, explores the impact of family, love and jealousy. Watch as two masters of the stage perform, entrance, delight and surprise, performing a number of famous illusions in this gripping life story that is certainly not for the faint-hearted. Discover the legend. Believe in the magic."

Lynch is best known for her portrayal of Luna Lovegood in the Harry Potter film franchise. She has also appeared in the TV series Sinbad and will star in the comedy GBF, set for release this year.

An actor, producer, writer and director, Brennan won a 2011 BAFTA for his portrayal of Howard Winstone in Risen. Other acting credits include Serial Killer, The Reverend, Jack Said, The Sick House, The Feral Generation, The Penalty King, The Lost and more. He has produced films such as The Zombie King, The Reverend, Risen, Jack Said, The Feral Generation and The Lost. Brennan also performed his latest script, A Little Silhouette of a Man, at the Theatre Royal Winchester last June.
