Exeter Northcott Theatre has just announced that celebrated actor David Suchet will perform in its 50th anniversary gala in November.
David is an Olivier and Emmy Award winner, best known for playing Agatha Christie's Hercule Poirot having starred in all 74 television movies over 25 years. Suchet has also starred in numerous films and television series internationally whilst also maintaining an impressive theatre career.
In 1970, Suchet played the role of Petruchio in the Exeter Northcott's production of The Taming of the Shrew.
David joins recently announced Robert Lindsay, with more artists yet to be revealed. The anniversary gala will take place on Sunday 12th November 2017. The evening will celebrate the Exeter Northcott Theatre's first 50 years and will raise funds to help strengthen the foundations for the next 50.
