Award winning musical theatre star Daniel Boys will host West End LIVE this Sunday 24th June.
Daniel, who also hosted this event in 2010, will preside over the proceedings in Trafalgar Square for the afternoon between 12 - 5. Daniel won the 2009 What's On Stage Award for Best Takeover in a Role for the West End production of Avenue Q and has also be seen in Grease (Victoria Palace), Rent (Prince of Wales), Sweeney Todd (Royal Festival Hall) as well as numerous national tours, regional theatre productions and concerts around the world. In 2007 his appearance on the hugely successful BBC TV talent show Any Dream Will Do firmly established him as one of the UK's emerging musical talents. He is currently rehearsing the role of Algernon in the new musical version of The Importance of Being Earnest at the Theatre Royal Windsor and will star as Laurie in the concert version of Little Woman at The Playhouse Theatre on the evening of 24th June.
Featuring showcase performances from every West End musical, live bands and a wonderful array of interactive exhibits from many of London’s top museums, galleries and cultural institutions – West End LIVE is a unique event that has grown to become a hugely popular fixture in London’s entertainment calendar.
