DOCASA, Inc. (OTCQB: DCSA), through its award-winning subsidiary Department of Coffee and Social Affairs Limited in the United Kingdom ("UK"), announces the securing of a new coffee shop location in The Arts Theatre situated in London's world famous West End. London's West End theatre scene is equivalent to New York City's Broadway, with about the same number of theatres and even more visitors each year.

The Arts Theatre on Great Newport Street is in the heart of London located between Leicester Square and Covent Garden underground stations, which have a combined annual foot traffic of approximately 59 million people. Covent Garden, with over 44 million visits a year, is one of the most popular tourist attractions in the world and is also home to major retailers such as Apple.

DOCASA, Inc. President & CEO, Ashley Lopez, said, "The Arts Theatre is a renowned venue in one of the busiest areas of London, introducing our brand to an even broader customer demographic. London's West End contains many of the city's major tourist attractions making this an ideal location for our next coffee shop."
