Actress and Singer Christina Bennington today announces two special guests to join her this January for her debut London concerts at Crazy Coqs, Brasserie Zédel.
Danielle Steers, who currently shares the stage with Christina in Bat Out of Hell, and Daniel Buckley, who appeared in Eugenius! The Musical at The Other Palace, will join her on stage for both shows on Monday January 7th 2019, 7pm and 9.15pm.
From rock to Rogers and Hammerstein, Christina Bennington is widely considered to be among the most versatile of the West End's leading ladies. Currently starring as Raven in Bat Out Of Hell at London's Dominion Theatre, she is equally at home singing the classics. An Irish songstress with an enviable range, Christina will be treating Zedel's audiences to a selection of the best of musical theatre through the ages at two concerts in their intimate Crazy Coqs venue on Monday January 7th 2019, 7pm and 9.15pm.
Christina has received much praise from critics and fans alike for her outstanding performance as Raven, a role she originated when the show premiered at London's Coliseum in 2017, winning the Evening Standard's 'Best Musical' award that year. Belfast born and raised, Christina trained at the Guildford School of Acting in Surrey. In addition to Bat Out Of Hell, her theatre credits include; Kim in the West End revival of Show Boat, Johanna in Sweeney Todd at the Mercury Theatre, Colchester and Derby Theatre, Marilyn in A Christmas Carol at the Birmingham Rep and the UK tours of Rodgers & Hammerstein's Oklahoma! and musical comedy The Smallest Show On Earth.
