Charlie Dimmock To Make Stage Debut In CALENDAR GIRLS

TV garden guru Charlie Dimmock is to join the cast of Calendar Girls.

She will take over from former Hollyoaks actress Gemma Atkinson playing Miss September in the hit play when it tours in May.

Dimmock will be joined in the cast by ex-Neighbours and Emmerdale star Anne Charleston as Miss January, with Only Fools And Horses actress Sue Holderness as Miss February.

Dean Gaffney, best known for his role in EastEnders, will play the photographer in the show which is based on the true story of a Women's Institute group who decide to strip for a charity calendar.

Heartbeat's Elizabeth Bennett, Hollyoaks actress Mikyla Dodd and Gemma Craven will also join the cast for the third national tour, along with former EastEnders stars Letitia Dean and love-split actress Hannah Waterman.
