BREAKING: Aoife Mulholland To Return To LEGALLY BLONDE For Last Eight Weeks?

After Legally Blonde posted closing notices last night, it's now being rumoured that Aoife Mulholland, who was in the original West End cast as fitness queen Brooke Wyndham, will be returning from her maternity leave to finish the run - leaving Tamara Wall very upset.

Wall, who's currently playing the role, posted on Twitter today: "Devastated does not even come close to how I feel right now, I can't believe that someone would do that to another person :( #cantstopcrying", following that with: "the producers are being lovely but there's nothing they can do it's the law apparently :("

Her most recent tweet reads: "Thanks guys so much! played the part longer than her,can't believe she's doing it, reiterate the producers tried their hardest to stop this."

Mulholland originally rose to fame after coming fourth in How Do You Solve A Problem Like Maria?, eventually playing the role at the London Palladium, and has also starred as Roxie Hart in Chicago.

She took maternity leave as from December 2010 after announcing her pregnancy the previous month.
