Dublin's National Concert Hall will this week host a celebration of Andrew Lloyd Webber's most famous musical work.

On Thursday 18th September, Irish stars including David Shannon, Michael McCarthy and Alex Sharpe of Celtic Woman will take to the stage along with Aoife Mulholland and Jessie Buckley who were discovered through the ground-breaking television casting shows How do you solve a problem like Maria? and I'd Do Anything.

Together, Aoife and Jessie will perform the title song from Andrew Lloyd Webber and Ben Elton's newest collaboration, The Boys In the Photograph, which has been developed by Lloyd Webber and Elton from their musical The Beautiful Game.

The concert will be conducted by Gareth Hudson and include pieces from The Phantom of the Opera, Cats, Evita, Jesus Christ Superstar, Starlight Express, Sunset Boulevard, Aspects of Love, Tell me on a Sunday, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, The Woman in White and more.

The event has been organised as a birthday tribute by the RTÉ Concert Orchestra, which is also marking its 60th anniversary this year.

The concert begins at 8pm at the National Concert Hall, Dublin.
