The Royal Court Theatre's Studio will receive a £150'000 donation from The Andrew Lloyd Webber Foundation over two years.

The money will go towards the Royal Court Young Writers and the Unheard Voices Programmes which both create enabling opportunities for talented individuals who might not otherwise be able to realise their creative potential.

Madeleine Lloyd Webber, Lord Andrew Lloyd Webber's wife and a trustee of the foundation said: "I’m therefore incredibly pleased that we are providing funding to help sustain the Royal Court’s Studio which makes a significant contribution to new writers.”

More information about The Andrew Lloyd Webber Foundation and details of how to apply for a grant can be found at www.andrewlloydwebberfoundation.com.
