When the show conculudes its final UK Tour stop at the end of November 2007 it is being rumoured the producers, ukproductions, are hunting for a West End home to transfer the production into due to its fantastic success on tour. The show could take a break and re-open in the West End early in 2008 if a home cannot be found immediatley.

The production originally opened in the West End in 1984 and played for over 4 years at The Theatre Royal, Drury Lane. The production starred a very young Catherine Zeta Jones. Perhaps if Lord of the Rings doesn't take off the production could go back into original London home...we shall see.
